Job Description
Aspire Property Management is seeking a highly experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our holiday rental team in beautiful Noosa Heads. Casual, approx. 35 hrs/week.
About the role
You’ll oversee the presentation of our short-term holiday properties, ensuring every home is spotless, guest-ready and completed on time. You’ll be cleaning on site alongside a team member, leading by example and making sure our standards are met at every property. Working closely with our housekeeping team and front office, you’ll help keep changeovers running smoothly, especially during peak periods.
What we offer

About you
- Senior-level housekeeping experience, ideally in holiday rentals, hotels or resorts
- Proven experience supervising or leading cleaning teams
- Excellent eye for detail and high presentation standards
- Flexibility to work across our 7-day operation (Monday to Sunday), including weekends and public holidays
- Reliable, organised and calm under pressure
- Current driver’s licence

Experience in Hotels or Resorts would be preferred and looked upon favourably, however we do offer full training for applicants who can demonstrate dedication and a willingness to learn.
