Switching Managers Is Simple

GIVE WRITTEN NOTICE

If your property is currently managed by another agency, simply provide 30 days’ written notice of your intention to switch. From there, we’ll liaise with them directly to arrange the handover.

BEGIN THE ONBOARDING PROCESS

Our onboarding team will complete a full property inspection to understand its unique features, check inventory, and gather everything needed to create your listing.

GET WEBSITE AND PORTAL READY

Our team will arrange professional copywriting for your property description across our website and third-party platforms. If required, we can also organise photography and styling. We’ll create your individual property page on our website and set your property up within our management system.

SIT BACK, RELAX, AND GO LIVE!
Once your property is live on our website and ready to receive direct bookings, we ensure it’s correctly set up across our booking partners, including Airbnb, Booking.com, and Stayz. Sit back, relax, and watch the bookings roll in!
