What We Do Behind The Scenes

We conduct the following activities to ensure your property is ready to welcome guests.

Guest Amenities:

We will conduct an audit on your current amenities and advise on how we can best present your property (e.g. we will advise if we think it should have a coffee machine, additional furnishings, repairs or maintenance. etc). Professional Copywriting Service:

Our professional copywriter will prepare a property description and we will consult with you for your input and approval. We love to hear the ideas of our owners on how they may like to see their property described.

House Key Audit:

Please note that we require 5 sets of keys (1x office, 2x guest, 1x house-keeping team and 1x security team).

Utilities Audit:

Ensure utilities are connected, for example Wi-fi, electricity, water and systems check to ensure everything is in good working order and ready to go.

Smoke Alarms:

We will ensure these are connected to the register of our provider, Smoke Alarm Solution’s, to ensure your statutory requirements are met.

Building / Pool Certificate Requirements:

We will scope what is required and be in touch to ensure your compliance obligations are met.

Portal & Booking Channel Setup:

We will input your property into Hirum to enable our trust account operations to be managed for your property and your owner portal, through which you can see your property’s performance and manage your owner bookings. We will also set your property up on Hisite, our ‘channel manager’ portal, part of Hirum.

Professional Photography:

If required, we will coordinate professional photography in consultation with you to showcase your investment property to potential guests. These images will be used on our website, booking portals, social media and to our email marketing campaigns. Create your Property Listing on our leading websites: We will set your property up on our own high-performing website/s, as appropriate, ensuring extensive marketing exposure. Once we have completed your unique property page, we will provide you with preview links for your comment and authorisation before going live.

Guest Newsletters / Email Marketing Campaigns:

We do all the preparation needed to announce your property as soon as possible to our existing guest database.

Portal expertise:

We will set your property up on all of the main third-party booking Portals including Airbnb, booking.com and Homeaway/Stayz to ensure maximum exposure. Please refer to our attached Portal Marketing Strategy for additional information on exactly how the portals work and what to expect.

Going Live:

Once we have completed all the steps above and your property listing is presented to your satisfaction, we will go live on our website and online portals.

Ongoing Marketing:

Congratulations on going live! You will now benefit from our ongoing and effective marketing strategies including Google advertising, social media advertising, email newsletters, expert portal management and Tourism Noosa destination marketing (through our membership support).
